Although '99 is obviously much too young to be drinking - this traditional style wine needs 10 years minimum - this wine can still be enjoyed after a long decant. When I make my millions I will worry about consuming 20-30 year old Mascarellos. Young or not, the only way to come to appreciate this wine is to drink it!

Giuseppe Mascarello - Barolo Monprivato
Although '99 is obviously much too young to be drinking - this traditional style wine needs 10 years minimum - this wine can still be enjoyed after a long decant. When I make my millions I will worry about consuming 20-30 year old Mascarellos. Young or not, the only way to come to appreciate this wine is to drink it!
